Had a great time here! The breakfast buffet is fantastic with lots of choices and freshly made dishes, and the outdoor pool is gorgeous, even though we couldn't swim because of the weather. Our room was clean and spacious, and the smart TV was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy our favorite shows on Netflix. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again!

The hotel was very modern and clean, but

the service was inconsistent. While the staff were helpful with our luggage, there were times when they seemed overwhelmed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the Deluxe Twin Room (Annex), especially the convenient location and the excellent amenities available.

I enjoyed the beautiful outdoor swimming pool, even though we couldn't use it due to a typhoon. The breakfast buffet at Samdajung stood out as one of the best in Jeju. The location is convenient, close to the airport and various shops. The staff were helpful with our luggage. One downside was that early check-in costs extra. The room was a bit small for my liking, and basic hotel accessories like a razor and toothpaste should be included in the room price. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the night, which was uncomfortable. The pool's limited seasonal access was a letdown. Room service charged extra, forcing us to go downstairs for food. The bathroom design also lacked comfort with an awkward anti-slip bathtub surface. Overall, it was an adequate stay, but the hotel needs to address these small but impactful details.

Had an amazing stay and was super impressed by the sweet early check-in that made our trip easier. The pool was just perfect for the kids. The staff were super friendly, they even set up a crib for my baby without me asking. The breakfast has tons of delicious options, I mean, you can’t go wrong when you can pick between Korean and western foods in the morning.

I was impressed by the elegant modern decor and the accessibility features available for senior guests. The spacious lobby and well-lit common areas made it easy to navigate and relax, adding to a comfortable experience during my stay.
